For decades, we concentrate on the progress of cooling technology for meat, sausages and pastries. The latest technologies and various patents accompany our development: The Aqua Inject cooling for example proves our propensity to innovate and the strength of our products. Such a result can only be achieved by excellent employees working together.

History

Our history

Schrutka-Peukert combines the competency of two companies from the field of shopfitting: Schrutka originally constructed bakeries and cafes, whereas Peukert led the market regarding the construction of butcheries. In 2006, we combined our skills in a conjoint business.

Longevity characterizes our history and our products. Today, we do not only built our design-oriented shops with premium technology for the German market, but also export to Western and Eastern Europe, for example, Russia and overseas, for example, Australia.
